This program is designed to provide students with the skills and competencies needed to enter college or employment in early childhood, elementary, and/or special education, counseling, social services, or elder care. The program operates an on-site Early Childhood Education Center, licensed by the State of Vermont and offers students an opportunity to practice skills learned in the program in the actual planning and operation of the preschool program. Students have the opportunity to earn college credits, Vermont Early Childhood certification, or participate in many other work experiences in the field of human services.
